My estimated delivery dates are incorrect. I have 1 day handling time and either first class or padded flat rate priority mail. I looked at 3 listings for First Class and 2 said 12/17 and 1 said 12/18. Priority mail is the same either the 17 or the 18th.
First, priority mail is always faster and each service should be consistent on delivery date. I didn't change locations while viewing them. It makes no sense why one first class package will take longer than another first class package going to the same location.
I sent a message on ebay facebook and called customer service but received no resolution. This is a huge problem given the holiday shopping. Please fix.
