Errors promoted campaign

I realized Xmas week with absurdly ghost town sales numbers, my listings were somehow amiss..all were promoted listings..so I handtyped them all, 3days typing 400 listings..with my thumb..and boom..quadrupled sales. Told ebay help, who suggested using sell similar in batches, because relist keeps the original dates, old..

So I did. Weekly resubbed after ending, as sell similar.  With absolutely zero effect. Here's why, I just spotted it and am upset.

End items, batches of 25, then sell similar..three months of nothing. Was doing weekly since Xmas to no avail. During sell similar, Edit promotions...make a new dated campaign of today's relist date..ex: mar6..choose 5% rate..tells me it's done, items now are back up.

But no!

Tested two, viewing thru revise item: one said feb24 campaign, the other, feb16 campaign..despite my edits.

THIS has halted my collectibles sales grossly. Collectors search newly listed. I'm sorry ebay, but you've hindered my sales drastically for three months, and all that weekly hours of typing wasted! Trying to sell more, and your system monkeywrenched it

The only items I noticed would sell, we're brand new item listings .which always sold in days. All the rest, older listings, fakely reverting to old dates unseen till now, and your indexing spider counts it then as an  old listing

Please fix this.

Errors promoted campaign

I'm not fully following your post. What exactly is the problem?

Are you saying that using "sell similar" is tying new listings to old promoted listing campaigns?

Have you tried ending and deleting old campaigns: https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktg/pl

Why are you manually typing out listings when using "sell similar"? It sounds like you're basically relisting the same items, so item descriptions would be auto-filled when you use "sell similar" to repost them.
