My Tracking Report on the Seller Dashboard is showing 19 missing or late but all have tacking numbers and were easily scanned and logged within less than 24 hours . How do I get errors corrected by ebay as it affects the seller rating.

How did you get the items scanned? Was it at the counter of your local Post Office, UPS, or FedEx? or did you give it to a driver on route? Per the updated sellers agreement scans from a hand held device from a driver on route do not count. If scanned by a hand held device the counter keeps running till the package goes through a sort. If you give the item to driver on route they may not get back before items go to the regional distribution center for that days sort. This can cause a 1 day delay till the next sort takes place.

I just checked everything, could not find any chnage in requirements of scans not being by a carrier

Same here, I called and they are very incompitent as far as knowing the rules. Please keep us posted too
