Were you able to send messages to that seller prior to getting that message? 
That particular seller may have blocked you. Move on find another seller.

For messaging, you will not know if you are blocked, there is no notification. The receiver, however, will never get it and won't even know you sent it.

Sounds like a glitch or system error to me.

I wouldn’t know I have never been blocked which is why I said “may have”.
