Error with Condition - not posting item - keeps asking for Condition when the information is there.

Keep getting an error - asks for Condition - when information is already selected for Condition - will not post item for sale. Have tried listing from a desk top and ipad. Will not list items. 

This is in addition to the error that began a few days ago - the promoted is selected then it asks you to promote after listing. 
Why the issues in tandem lately?
