Error: "We are having trouble printing label - Inactive Customer account"?

Hello,

I am running into this problem while trying to get to the FedEx label screen after clicking the big, blue Purchase Postage button.

 

There is no error code on the error screen. I have cleared browser cookies, tried different browsers, updated, restarted, and it keeps coming up.

 

There was one time it looked like the page was going to load, but kept looping. 

 

Is there anyone else seeing this problem today? I am just trying to narrow down what it may be before I call ebay.

UPDATE - just started getting orders, ignore my concern about potential problem with getting orders. Could HAVE been a temporary issue that is now resolved, OR it was just slow until now.

FedEx still down.

Yea I’m having the same frustrating issue too today I called eBay about it and they said that there are other people with the same problem and that they are trying to fix. They gave me an option to ship it myself when I shouldn’t have to be spending my money on it. 

Who knows if by tomorrow it will be resolved if not than I guess I’ll have to do it.

Same issue here, called Ebay and they say they're working on it. Okay.

I hope they fix it by tomorrow, I gotta send out some stuff.

Same here - gives us a "SYSTEM ERROR" after attempting to print FedEx label. Tried logging in and out, same. Hoping it is fixed ASAP or we will be forced to ship Priority.

 

Also... NO orders since about 2 PM. NEVER had a Friday night without at least 5 or 6 orders, normally get a 10 or so... this is a first.  ':-\

 

Anyone else NOT getting orders, or having trouble PLACING orders? Hoping it's a bizarre slow night, versus lost business.

Are you folks having the FedEx label issue using the new label flow? If so, have you tried using the classic label flow instead?
(or vice versa if you have access to the new flow but have been manually switching to the old)

(not sure the backend beyond the label interface is any different once "purchase label" is performed, but even if the same, there might be differences in the data submission by the 2 flows that is the cause of the error - so trying the alternate label flow might be worth a shot.)

I had an order finally this morning. On my way to check the label situation now.

It has been a slow 3 days regardless compared to the rest of March. Ebay has been tweaking the site and seller hub and app which may be effecting visibility and causing issues. Idk for sure

Works now, USPS and  FedEx.
