Error message when trying to leave feedback

I've tried with both Firefox and Microsoft Edge to leave positive feedback for a buyer, and each time after clicking on "leave feedback," Iget the following error message:

                                We ran into a problem. Please refresh the page and try again.

When I refresh the page and try again, I get the same error message.

I now have the same issue, but I'm trying to leave Positive FB for a Seller.
Tried leaving feedback last night, and then again this morning.
Same message received "We ran into a problem. Please refresh the page and try again."

OK, so I eventually managed to leave Positive Feedback for the Seller.
It appears that if you use 'special symbols', the system can't cope...
And in this instance, I had to remove all instances of the '+' symbol.

Which is CRAZY!
I've often left 'A+++' in my feedback before.
But apparently this is now 'verbotten', **bleep**!

I also was finally able to leave feedback.  It let me use A++++, but it didn't like double quotes "
