Error listing in Turbo Lister

What do I do to stop this ERROR occuring.

I have 5 listings ready to uplaod and all have the above error, so I can't go any further.

Try this... Click on Tools>Compact databases. If you still get the error, you may need to update or reinstall turbo. Do not do this on my say so.
