Error in placing location in listing

I have a problem. Montenegro automatically changes my country of residence to USA. Because of this I am unable to ship from outside the US and a listing error occurs. The country USA was never included in the profile settings.

Writes.

"Shipping cost cannot be calculated since the item location is different from the site. Use flat rate shipping"

Help with this problem.

Calculated shipping on .com will only work for domestic carriers and the item location must be in the USA.

For shipping from outside..... (I see it on all your listings) you must use Flat Rate.

My problem is not this, but the fact that I can’t even set my country and city, as soon as I set and save the data they fly off and the location is automatically set to USA Arizona and because of this I can’t set international delivery

When viewing your items from the USA, all of them appear to say that they are located in Montenegro.

I also see Montenegro as your location.  You do have shipping to the US and to other locations in Europe and a few other countries.
