Editing Shipping Options

When I edit a listing, and change the shipping options (dimensions, weight, shipping services, etc), and I click the "Offer Shipping Service" button, it spins, but never saves the changes.  HELP!  I can't edit any shipping service on the computer.  I can edit on my phone, but I don't usually list everything from my phone!   Can anyone help?

After doing all of that, I get back to the main screen, and it still shows the weight as unchanged which you can see here.

This problem has been showing up for a few days now. Until it is fixed, you can just manually make the changes on that last screen you showed.

No I can not manually make changes on PC, only on Phone!  OH - Nevermind.... I just looked again, I guess I can TRY that.  Thank you!   So inconvenient!
