Edit Store Frozen

I want to add categories to my EBay store, after having the store for several years.  I tried to add categories and got frozen on "publish".  I called and chatted.  Was advised to do several things, including switching from Safari to Chrome and going back in 24hours.  Nothing worked.  Been frozen for 3 weeks.  My store is still functional but I still need categories.  Can anybody help?

If you are using a bookmark to reach your store page, try using a different link.

Try using a private or incognito browser window with no extensions or add-ons enabled.

If that does not help, try using a PC, if possible.

Try editing your store on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com:
