Ebay website technical support

I can not see all the purchases I have made over the past 2 weeks. I use the email links and I have changed my password and used a code but nothing shows up for the last 5 items I have purchased. What is going on and and what is being done to correct it??!! I'm new to eBay and this service sucks!

When you made the purchases, were you logged into your account?

If not, they won't show up in your account.

If your purchases were made as a guest they won't show in your account. That is way you can look up the eMail confirmation but not find them in your account.  Tech support can't help you with that.

Is it possible you made those purchases using a different eBay account?

under 'My Ebay' just 'hover' (top right)

a drop down will show, choose 'purchase history'

Yes, I had 2 accounts, an old account seldom used and a new account just opened.  Tech support cleared the confusion and I’m good to go.
