Ebay support is worthless, I have created 3 tickets, 0 help.

Anyone know how to create a shipping label to a zip code before someone buys your product. Is it possible?

If I can get a shipping label, I can then send an invoice or at least know what it will actually cost. Shipping shows $111 whether it's 40 miles or 2500 miles...I know this is wrong.
