Ebay keeps stopping

Ap keeps stopping when I try to search a sellers store. I have cleared all data and cache, Uninstalled ap and reinstalled. I have cleared all cookies .  Ap still keeps stopping . Anyone have any other ideas?

Are you certain you have the latest version of the app for your operating system? What version of the app are you using?

If you have not already done so, try uninstalling the app, then restart your device. Then install the latest version of the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. If the problem was due to a previous installation problem, that may help. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

Otherwise, use a browser to view a seller's other items.

Ebay has been awful recently. Taking forever to load pages, logging me out, giving red server error notices when trying to relist.... the list goes on and on. Thats on a desktop and the Ap will not even open today. And yes, i have cleared browsers, cache etc and tried different browsers. Still no response to the central European stores who can not access business details or contact Ebay on any way apart from facebook where i get the answer, "we are still working on it". Just some acknowledgement from ebay would be good but they seem to be in denial that there are any issues at all.

Latest version is 6.69.01 of ebay. No updates available.  I am still having issues . I believe my problems stem from the last update , I never had any problems before. I have done everything I can do on my end. This issue just keeps me from getting on Ebay like I use to.  Thanks for your input
