1) I just scheduled several items to list. As I checked the items in my scheduled items, I see one twice, at the same time and price, with different pictures. I was changing the pics at one time, but I didn't submit it twice. Hello Ebay??
2) Earlier today I couldn't add Tracking numbers to sold items, and had to manually email my customers with the information, costing me time and embarrassment and rage.
3) I lost money on February 28, to the big snafu.
4) Ebay skewed all my auctions late one hour after the daylight savings time switch. If ebay had decent coders, they could easily make a notification that your auction ending time was between now and a Daylight
Savings Time switch. I've seen arguments that they want to "give sellers the extra hour", but ???? MY auctions are all set to align with Sunday night, starting at 7PST, which is already 10EST. When the time changed, all my auctions were skewed to start at 8PST, or 11EST. My bidders didn't stay up, and I see that I didn't have the normal action at the end of your auctions like we all see. Again, it cost me $$
5) Oh Yeah almost forgot: The back-page key is TOTALLY messed up - it will give you different results from your pages, going back to prior to making changes etc. It is broke, it doesn't simply go back a page.
6) GET THIS: I have 2 accounts, and the back page will jump between the 2 different accounts. I can be checking/listing in one, back up a page, and find myself in my other seller. At least ebay doesn't let you go into items or make changes, it errs out. What would happen if 2 different sellers were on the same computer say, at the library. Would it bounce back to the other person's seller account, revealing confidential information? This is another serious glitch.
I can't state largely enough how disappointed with Ebay lately, I would need language that can't be used here. Seems screw ups over and over and over and over.
I've been on this platform mostly buying, but occasionally selling for about 20 years. I am selling now due to no other work during Covid, and I am staying afloat by my sales. I need this to work as expected, as all other sellers need, or you lose cash.
There has been a serious degradation to the platform; it is no longer stable.
6 MAJOR issues in 3 weeks.
WHAT IS UP EBAY?????? You are failing your sellers regularly, and in a BIG manner in 2021.
GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER.
I will be glad to be done selling on this platform when I get through my product. I'm jamming it out there as fast as possible, and discussing my options for other sales platforms. I specialize in HotWheels, and ebay is still the biggest customer base. But as soon as a real competitor comes online, my sales will be gone in a flash from here.
Disgusted. Ebay doesn't care at all anymore it seems.
