Ebay issues for 3 weeks and no solution

So apparently, I posted an auction which violates Vero brand name misuse policy. The auction was automatically cancelled by Ebay with a warning. I can't find the auction anywhere in my listings. I checked the item number and it's not available. This is fine and I don't want to violate their policy anymore. Two weeks later, I find that my Ebay's account has been restricted for 3 days for violating the same policy. I double checked everything and I know I didn't repost that auction. It's not even in my unsold listings. Then a week after that, I get another violation for same exact listing which I did not relist. Now my account is restricted for a week. This cycle will keep continuing until they ban me. Can someone please help? I used their online chat but they keep transferring me with no solution. I also tried calling and again they have no solution.

To the best of your memory, what were the common denominators with these listings? Do you recall what these items were?

It was only one item. It was a slicer.

Listings not following policy

I can't remember the item number of the first one I posted. I assume it's the first listing they quoted. I absolutely did not post the other ones.

@gosumagic

I'm guessing 'spiral slicer' may be the trademarked phrase triggering the VeRO response.

But I am not the one relisting those auctions so how am violating their policy?

@gosumagic ,

If eBay removed those listings from your account, then SOMEBODY with access to your account listead them. You're responsible for all activity on your account.

I'm confused as to why you listed "spiral slicer" with the exact same title as what appears to be a possibly scam listing on a drop-shipper's or "wholesale" selling website. You also have a few other auctions that have only stock photos, poor descriptions, and inadequate item specifics, which  makes me think they may be dropshipped items.

Specifically, I noticed 3 identical listings for noise-cancelling headphones which appear to be dropshipped, and which are different from your other listings which appear to be items that you legitimately have in your possession.

Did you sign up for a dropshipping service, and is that where the spiral slicer was going to come from? It sounds like you may have inadvertently given them access to your account, in some way.

If not, where did you get the information to make that listing, and where did you get the spiral slicer to sell?

yes they are drop ship items. I no longer use them so I won't go into that.

I found out what happened was Vero was reporting each of those violations separately.  I first received their notification on Oct 5th. I did not relist them after that date.  The listings were posted on July 4th,  July 18th, july 29th and August 29th. Then Ebay gave me a warning(Oct 5th), 3 day restriction(Oct 13th) and now 1 week restriction(Oct 21st). I can't go back in time to cancel those auctions. Ebay is retroactively punishing me for each individual violation. I guess there is nothing I do about this.

OK, I guess this is a good lesson on what can go badly wrong when you use a dropshipper that is a scammer.
