Ebay default issue

when I moved to the Ebay managed payment system I thought tht all my new listings and my older ones would have been converted from PayPal to Ebay but that is not the case. I have found more than several listings that were still listed as Paypal and when I added 9 new items on Jan 2, they all had Paypal as the default payment method. This would not be such as issue BUT the buyers cannot purchase the items if PayPal is the default option ..no matter what Ebay says, it is not happening and I have a buyer that had that issue and if she hadn't contacted me , a big sale would have been lost...Ebay service has not been helpful enough, and I hope they can fix it.

I checked a few of your new listings and they all show Managed Payments.

When you were switched over, the only listings that wouldn't have been changed is auctions

i don't use auction (rarely) and none of the ones are auction that have this issue,,the switch has a glitch...but getting to tech, well not seemingly possible..

I believe you are misunderstanding managed payments. The buyer will still pay using PayPal, nothing changes on the buyer's part. What changes is how you receive the funds. Managed payments will send you the funds, into your checking account that is, when they do the payout. 

How did your buyer pay if they didn't pay via PP?
