Historically the tracking shown on eBay has been less detailed than what's shown on that other site which is pretty annoying.
Currently, for about a week now, there have been many reports of sellers indicating that none of the tracking is updating. You can read more on this thread where an eBay employee added to the discussion.
It's advised for you to contact CS and report the issue. They need a certain number of reports to create a site wide tech ticket and prioritize a fix.
