I have shipped over 200 low-price items using the Ebay Standard Envelope and it has been great. However,
for the last week the site has not allowed me to generate a label for this service. I have still had to get purchased items to my customers, so I have been shipping first class and eating the difference. As you might imagine, I'm making nothing or even losing money on these inexpensive items. I have contacted Ebay three times in the last week and they've assured me each time that it is only a temporary problem and will be fixed in "a couple hours" but it's been unavailable for over a week now. Ebay reps I've spoken with have refunded the difference for the first class shipping I've incurred, but why isn't this working. See photo for the error I'm getting. I sent this to Ebay as well and they said it was just a temporary error, but now heading into the second week without being able to use the Ebay Standard Envelope seems more than temporary. Has anyone else had this happen and if so, how was it solved?
I've changed dimensions, weight, refreshed, cleared cache and cookies, tried using the bulk shipping tool, logged out, sent 4 chats where they said they would escalate the issue and still I cannot print an Ebay Standard Envelope label.
