I've had problems with issues concerning the ebay invoicing system the past 2 weeks. First old paid for items were being combined with awaiting payment items. Now single invoices with 1 item will not go through: red bar with there's been a problem please try again later. I've spent hours on the phone with ebay trying to get them to get their IT department in California to fix their bad code. I can't believe this is going on for two weeks. It's time to put down the tiktok, twitter, facebook, snapchat and instagram and get these wayward programmers to fix the bad code!

eBay just opened a service ticket for this issue.

If you contact customer service regarding invoice issues, use ALERT14652 to be added to the current ticket.

I have had some issues with invoicing too. I sent an invoice with updated shipping, but the buyer paid the auto generated shipping cost... which was less than it was suppose to be. Worse than that, I purchased a couple of items, from a seller I know, and noted that the shipping had been combined but there was No shipping charge. It said free shipping. I know that isn't right. I tried to contact the seller and Request a Total to fix the shipping. All I get is an error message. Request Total is not working. My only hope is that the seller will eventually be able to re invoice me. Generally, right now a lot of ebay functions are Not working so well. So what ever update or tweak happened it screwed things up. As a seller I don't want to be shortchanged on my shipping costs and I dont want the buyers to not be able to pay.
