Ebay Custom Label SKU

Is anyone able to help get the SKU in my listings when I go to create a new listing?? 

I have been talking to support and spending hours trying to get this corrected but no one seems to know what the issue is. I have a store. 

I have tried on my phone and my desktop. 

I cant get the photo to upload here but I have shown them on my active listings there is no SKU 

Than when I create a new listing there is no SKU. 

I keep reading peoples post about a setting may be off, is anyone able to help me with this??

Here is a thread over on the Seller Tools board about this issue. 

There were some helpful suggestions, but nothing that worked for me. It seems that the issue was escalated but I don't think there's been any resolution yet.

Custom label is not an option in the new listing tool, no previous instructions work. this has to be fixed by ebay. So I reverted back to the classic tool.

I can’t get mine to work In the classic tool either.

Only place I a can now add/edit the Custom Label SKU so it doesn't come out blank or revert to the previous entry is on the bulk edit page.

Yeah that’s me too. I don’t know when they’re going to fix this.
