For a week when I click on Ebay Bucks I get taken to a weird looking summary page & there is no other link available. The only way I can see my Bucks is to go through Ebay Canada.. What's up with this?

It's been a problem for quite a few months. Apparently it doesn't affect enough people for eBay to do anything about it. They're busy "improving" other stuff.

I hear you.. For instance when you look at an item and want to see the 'sellers other items' there is no longer a simple link if the seller has a store... you have to go to their store.. which makes me crazy.. I like quick simple lists....

Usually, clearing your browser history / cookies fixes the problem.

I see the link for ebay bucks but when I click on it, it doesn't take me anywhere. I have tried 4 different browsers, it doesn't work with any of them. I would like to know if I have any and when they expire. 😞

I'm confused what are you looking for?
If it shows your summary isn't it giving you your break down of earnings and tells you your certificate will be availbe in July when the quarter ends.

You can access your eBay Bucks account from the Terms & Conditions page.

At the top of the Terms pages, where it says:

Home > Buy > eBay Bucks > EBAY BUCKS REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

click on > eBay Bucks > to get to your eBay Bucks account.

And you can use the Terms & Conditions link above to read about how the program works.

I have been using Ebay Bucks for years... The link you suggest just takes me to My Ebay Summary Page not to my Ebay Bucks Page... There is something definitely wrong with any Ebay Bucks link for me and otheres as well... as I said before it works perfectly when I go through Ebay Canada only...

I am not new to Ebay Bucks... have been using it for years... Any Bucks link just takes me to my Ebay Summary Page not to my Ebay Bucks summary page... others have been having the same problem... so it's not me... Can access through Ebay Canada only...

It doesnt work for me either. I have tried it on my phone as well as my computer. All it shows me is my purchased page.

Same here, I can view it through eBay Canada, but here when I click the link on the left side I get taken to my summary page. This happened last week, I thought it was fixed.

My new word....Glitchomania.

Seems appropriate with all the bandaid fixes and problems since the spring and summer seller updates.

The Bucks link has been redirecting to the wrong page, for some users, for over a year.
