Ebay Bucks 10% In-App, 8% onsite will not activate

Ebay Bucks 10% In-App, 8% onsite which is only good for 8/29 - 8/30 will not activate. I tried to activate it from both my personal email and Messages and neither shows as being activated in Ebay Bucks... even though I tried about 10 times today.. Just another stupid glitch? This is all getting a bit much!

I noticed that this promotion doesn't show on the top of the transaction list on the eBay Bucks page where previous ones did. But I was able to put something in my cart, and when I went to check out the correct bucks calculation appeared. And the transaction appeared in my list with the correct bonus applied.
