Ebay App update?

What ever ebay did to the app overnight has made it almost impossible to us. So slow and sluggish it has 10x the amount of time to take pictures in my drafts. 

Between that and "server failures" I am getting on the desktop today, smh!

Which version of the app? IOS or Android? They are different.
