Apparently, I did the same thing...been wondering why I never received a call back even though I got an email saying they tried to call me! Your post prompted me to look at my Blocked Voicemail Messages & there were all the calls from eBay. The # is 866-540-3229. On my iphone, if I go to Voicemail & scroll all the way down, there's a Blocked Messages option. All the eBay calls had the same #. THANKS FOR POSTING THIS - you solved my issue!!!
