EBay Chat -- GONE

Hello,
When I started on EBay the EBay chat helped me a lot with selling, but now I notice when I'm creating a listing I don't see the chat option on the side anymore... WHAT HAPPENED?
The EBay chat was an easy way to ask EBay operators about those little problems that would be too much hassle to call them, why not chat with them on the computer?
So why was this removed? Was it that EBay operatives couldn't handle so many questioners thru chat?

There has been no EBay chat for many years.

You can come to the discussion boards with your questions. There are many knowledgeable members here that can help you much better than 'customer service'.

They have / had chat with the last new easy listing tool.

It may be that you have graduated out of that now, or they have done away with it.    We are always the last to know the why and when of ebay.  

If you need any help the selling boards or the community help board are both good places for help with listing items.

You're on eBay USA. Chat disappeared many years ago.

I can say that I am jealous that you have not only the phone help, but email and chat for most topics too.  

We only have phone and social media from the help pages.
