EBAY SYSTEM FAILURES!!!

LOSING MONEY$$$
The eBay up keeps updating all of our listings to free shipping after we have revised the listings multiple times. we have lost $7 for shipping on a $5 pair of swimming trunks and lost customers because we have to apologize and cancel their orders when the app updates the listing to free shipping... WE ARE RUNNING THE LATEST VERSION OF THE APP!!! Also! we paid for a subscription through eBay doing the basic package for $22 a month because we have run out of listings at 156 listings and 64 sold... OUR EBAY ACCOUNT SAYS WE HAVE SOLD AND LISTED TOGETHER 421 LISTINGS WHICH WE HAVE NOT!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE AND RESPOND QUICKLY. WE CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO UNDERSTAND OR HELP US. THIS IS HOW WE PAY BILLS DUE TO COVID RIGHT NOW. PLEASE HELP.

I just looked at your active listings, and selected Free Shipping, and none of your listings offer free shipping.

There is a glitch in the ebay app that shows free shipping, and it comes and goes.  If you look at the listing on a computer, you will see that all of your listings do charge for shipping.

How many of your listings relisted this month and how many listings did you create that could be where you are getting the 421 from. Also where are you seeing this number was it in your last months invoice?

i had a similar problem 2 mo ago--305 of my international shipping settings were changed( i am on a computer)

to free PRIORITY mail shipping only. dropped the first class entirely.  had great international sales but lost nearly $400 because the ave package is $39.00 before i discovered the change. i had to manually modify over 300 listings but had to check through all 610 to find the -broken-ones

OH i meant to say the reason that happened is ebay added a field/line to the listing page which shifted

all lines below it down 1 notch--happened to be -priority mail- was the next one down on the list. did'nt affect -all-the listings because the change was for certain categories.
