Drop price tool not working

For at least the past week, I have tried to use the "Drop by $X" that is in my selling listings and emails I get from eBay.  Every time, I get the error message below.  When will this be fixed?

i am having the same issue!! for about 2 weeks now. nothing being done.  what do they pay for with all of those fee!?
