Downstream Service Failure in LDS message

I'm getting a "downstream service failure in LDS" error when attempting to revise some of my listing's.

Is anyone else receiving this?

No, I haven't had that issue.

Yes, I'm having the same issue with certain listings. It seems to be an ongoing bug that ebay has not rectified.
