Hi! I use "ebeymag" on sale. This is a good job simplifying tool. More than a three week I have problems with him. About 70% of listings are highlighted in red. There are a few mistakes. "This product was published without variations, so you can’t add a few variations to it. You need to remove the product from publication, wait until it is removed from eBay, and publish it on the storefront again." I have never used variations! And the second error "Updates product card xxxxxx has not yet been translated into the language of the storefront." . These are cards in English on English sites! They do not need a translation. There is still a stupid mistake. On weekends (and only on weekends!) Scrolling of the list of listings does not work. I have about 90 active listings and at the weekend I can only see about 20 that fit on one screen. I asked for Russian support. They either do not respond or respond that the problem is known and they correct it. I understand that there are technical problems, but it seems to me that they should be corrected in a couple of days, and not continued for weeks. Do you have similar problems?
There is a good saying. When a very good one gets spoiled it becomes especially bad. It will be a pity to stop using this tool.
