Description Error Message

I'm logged in. When I view an item I get the following error message in place of the Description: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to vi.vipr.ebaydesc.com. Peer received a valid certificate, but access was denied. Error code: SSL_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED_ALERT.   I've tried tweeking Bitdefender and FireFox settings to no avail.  How do I remedy this or is this an eBay problem?

Make sure you have the latest SSL/TLS client for your browser:

https://www.howsmyssl.com/

Or else try another browser, preferably the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons.

To see if Bitdefender is causing the problem, you may have to temporarily disable it or change settings to find out if that makes any difference.
