Description Display is All Different Sizes in Firefox

So my listing descriptions are all over the place in Firefox.  Sometimes they display correctly, where a buyer doesn't need to scroll, and the text is across the page.  Sometimes they are shrunk to 1/2 the page across.  And sometimes they appear in a tall vertical fashion that is only 3 inches wide, making the buyer scroll down to read the whole thing.  A refresh typically brings up a different size.

Edge appears to display correctly.

Anyone else seeing this glitch?

Sounds like a Firefox issue. If Edge works the way you expect it to, use Edge.

Have not experienced what you describe.

Maybe post also on the technical board?  Someone there may be seeing it also.  Good luck!

Had same issue 6 months ago, Switched to Chrome and listingS were correct after using the new browser.

Its been going on for months, ebay is too stupid or don't care to fix it. Its a known glitch

Hey there @seymourssi sorry you're running into this, it sounds like it may be a browser issue. In Firefox have you tried to pull it up in an incognito browser to see if it makes a difference?

I've had problems with the descriptions for 7 or 8 months now.

I only use FireFox and have tried different things and nothing has helped.

This is an old problem that has popped up again that Firefox has confirmed is an ebay issue.  Sometimes turning off the Enhanced Tracking Protection (click on shield icon at top left), helps with these problems, but doesn't seem to resolve the narrow column description issue.

I've tried different suggestions and nothing has helped.

What's odd, it's not all listings.

I can look at one listing and it'll be fine, the next one will be messed up and the next one might be fine.

I gave up and got used to it being this way.

@kensgiftshop  Same here, sometimes a page refresh works, but only on some pages.  Will have to go back on the Firefox boards and see if there is any recent comments about this.

My experience has been that ebay adds/changes the html code in the description area, and I am wondering if certain code is needed to get the description layout to format properly (like center, or width = 100%, or a div at the start and end of the block of code )?
