Dec 15-16 PINCHME 10% discount code not working

I tried to use the Dec 15-16 PINCHME 10% discount code today but ebay's Checkout says "You already applied this code to an order" when I haven't!  I contacted ebay Help, they said they would reset it and I could apply it tomorrow (17th).  No confirmation message or anything else received back.  I'm having my doubts.  Anyone else having this same problem?

According to the terms, it's good for two purchases per user.

Yes, it was a UK promotion, and a pretty good one - it was actually two redemptions so you could claim the code twice and each time include as many puchases as you wanted up to the overall limit which I think was £50 discount.

(Still awaiting a response from ebay though.)

No news!

When I contacted ebay about this on Sunday 16 I was told I would get a replacement code within 24 hours.  I heard nothing so I contacted ebay again today Monday 17 and was told that I have to wait for an ebay "representative" to contact me and they don't know when that might be.  Meanwhile my seller is still waiting for their payment.  Not very good is it ebay?
