If you, as a buyer, did not receive the item you ordered and paid for within a few days of its last estimated delivery date as seen in the listing, you have 30 days after that EDD to open an ITEM NOT RECEIVED CASE with eBay per the Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

Go to your My eBay> Purchase History.  Find the item.  There will be a drop down menu.

Click on "Did Not Receive" or whatever the terminology is.  Wait 3 days for a reply from the seller.

No reply, or unsatisfactory one? Return to your case  on day #4 and ask eBay to step in.  You will be refunded.

Then take a few minutes to read the MBG.  It really works well if you read it, understand it and use it in a timely fashion.

PS:  Your seller may ask you to give it a little more time, since the USPS has been notably unreliable.  You can do that if you want, but don't let it go beyond that 30 day deadline.

I see you are in Germany.

Did you buy from a US seller? This is the .com (US) boards.

Please read the MBG and 1 day after the last estimated date to receive, you can file a Not Received case.

Make sure you are on your home site to file.
