Customers Unable to Complete Purchase (1 week+)

It's a long one.... i've put in roughly 16 hours with EBay and PayPal support and another 2 or so with customers trying to figure this out and still NO clue. Here we go.
May 27th I had my first customer mail me that they could not finish their checkout. Both PayPal and their Visa Debit wouldn't work, they tied ebay and paypal support themselves and was told it was on my end.
As i am replying to him customer #2 mails, same issue, same steps and same thing, was told it was on my end.

EBay support round 1-
My account is in perfectly fine standing, not a single issue or blemish atm. No restrictions or blocks, no issue getting my link to paypal to work ect ect. EBay says it is my PayPal.

PayPal support round 1-
PayPal account verified, (since 2007) bank account and a credit card all linked, verified, fine. PayPal digs for quite literally an hour and comes up empty. Account is perfect. Told it's my EBay account.

EBay support round 2-

PayPal is fine, has to be my account here. Support checks. We go through roughly 1.5 hours of troubleshooting, relisting, changing settings, forms of accepted payments, everything. Told to wait 24 hours. I do.

Customer #3 mails and same issue, sends pics, same error. (2 days later)

EBay support round 3- supervisor edition

Supervisor takes on my ticket and REALLY digs, not a single issue..... anywhere..... told point blank from as high up as i have gotten thus far that the issue is NOT EBay and to have PayPal checked again.

PayPal support round #2-

Flat out told there is no issue with my account there, I can receive and send funds just fine. Even if it were the PayPal API to be breaking, it is on EBay. Contact EBay support.

What I have tried to fix this:
Linking 2 different verified PayPal accounts into my EBay account and changing the receiving account on all my listings, didnt work.
Deleting all my listings and remaking them, didnt work.
Has anyone gotten shut down like this? any tips on a way out?....

Here is the error my customers are getting. This is pics from customer 1 and 3 who contacted me about this problem. I will say I have not sold anything since this issue popped up, and for my store to go 2 solid weeks with no sales what so ever has not happened yet, not since the first day i made my listings.

Any update on this?  In the past 24 hours,  I have had 4 customers run into the same issue...I do still have sales coming through but it seems that any customers with 0 feedback (maybe they are trying to checkout as a guest). are not able to checkout.

It's not a zero feedback issue. I have well over 700 positive feedbacks and I tried to purchase something from two different sellers in the last 12 hours. One was just to test what the issue was.  I was unable to compleat the check out process for two different sellers. Its definitely an eBay issue. I've tried multiple credit cards, linking unlinking credit cards, different computers etc nothing works. Business is being lost.

Your 100% right it's an eBay issue. It's been an ongoing, widely reported and well documented eBay issue for a considerable amount of time now. More of us sellers need to start calling it out. The squeaky wheel get's the grease.

I don't know if this will help, or if it's even the problem... but I had these errors when I was purchasing from someone. I talked to ebay, they said talk to paypal.

It was just for this one seller I could not buy from.

I spoke to paypal, and apparently it was something very simple. The seller did not have his paypal email verified. So he could not receive payments.

Also take into consideration that right now as of this writing, according to ebay's status page, checkouts and buyitnows are broken in lots of places. So that just kinda adds more fuel to the fire. 😕

I have been calling ebay about this issues since it first started February 10th, 2020. From my research they did an update at that time that totally screwed up the checkout. Finally three days ago the decided to show there is a problem with checkout. I do not know how many ebay employees I talked to between then and now about this issue, I'm just glad they are finally admitting that it is an issue. I got so sick and tired of calling in and going round and round with so many employees who had every excuse in the book as to what they thought was happening. I finally started to talk with employee who basically was throwing their hands in the air and just admitting ebay is a mess. I cannot even count how many thousands of dollars in sales ebay has cost me with this issue.

I am a customer of ebay and have not been able to make a purchase. I thought it had something to do with my bank card, but obviously not. I am anxious to see how long until they fix this issue?
