Why is the customer support page down? It is blank. Tried on different computers and browsers. Does not work on iPhone app either.

There is soon to be a new look and feel for the Online Customer Service pages. No announcement has been made of when the new look will be active.
You may be caught up in the rollout. These things are not always a smooth transistion.

You are likely right about OP getting caught up in a typical sub-standard rollout.
Blank page, other than sell link and cart link at top of page (odd that logo and other nav stuff is missing) in Firefox 3.6.24 That's pretty much as expected - probably the same older-browser-is-lacking-some-newer-functionality issue I see with the new feedback page, seller dashboard, bulk editor, etc in FF3.6.24
Loads fine in Firefox 31 in all of it's vapid, empty whitespace, pretty colored buttons, new-web-look glory
