Many problems are solved online without ever calling eBay.
That's for the best. Offshore CSreps don't have a very good track record for actual help. It's more of a "placation station". It just makes you feel better because they told you what they thought you wanted to hear.
Of course, there are times when CS is required. That is best handled through eBay on Facebook.
