The Custom SKU field is missing when building a listing in the Video Games category (Microsoft Internet Explorer, PC, 5:25P ET Tuesday Oct 14 2025).
Workaround is to build the listings and go to bulk editor and add the SKU field there.

I was able to replicate that issue with my posting ID testing both the quick listing tool and the business listing tool. All categories were affected, not just video games.
I could not replicate the error on any of my active selling accounts.
My suggestion @wilsonharborsales is to file a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue. I went ahead and filed a report on my end.
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.

What is the point of the 'Report Technical Issues' forum if we aren't supposed to report technical issues here?

Peer support. Someone may have a way to get past the issue.
Draw more attention to a problem. For example, I wouldn't have noticed this problem since my only account affected is my posting ID. But because you posted here, I replicated the problem and filed a report, which helps you, because more people reporting means eBay is more likely to take notice.
