Currently getting "There is some technical error, please try after sometime" trying to send Invoice

I haven't hit any selling limits, and had 10+ sales in the last 2 weeks. Have never gotten this error in 3 years selling here.

If you are using Seller Hub, try using the old Sold page to send an invoice instead, and vice versa:

This error message goes back a bunch of months. If you are set up to receive emails to an alternate email address you should get a confirmation notice that the invoice was truly sent. This has been passed on to eBay for investigation but appears to be low on the priority list.
