A number of items in my watch list say "Use your Coupon to Save" It is a hyperlink that goes to a blank page called Incentives. I would order some items but I don't know what coupons they are referring to and why that link is there right under the price of the item on the details page.

Mine goes to my shipping supplies coupon? something that cannot be used to add to a order other than shipping supplies for sellers.
I activated the offer for a $40 coupon when you sell a smartphone for $200+. I should now have the coupon but it doesn't show up anywhere. I do see the link you mention on listings but only occasionally and it just brings me to an empty summary page. I thought it might be automatic but I don't see any savings when I go to checkout.
