Counter-Offer and Decline Buttons Not Working

Is anyone else having troubles when clicking on counter-offer or decline? I have an item listed and someone sent an offer to me on it that is too low. I tried to enter a counter-offer. However, nothing happens when I click on counter-offer or decline. I have rebooted and cleared my cache. So, I am fairly sure this is not on my end.

Are you using Safari? Try another browser to rule out a possible browser issue. Or try using the eBay app to counter offer.

I’m having the same issue.  I’m using an iPad/safari.  The common suggesting is to try a different browser like firefox.  Unfortunately changing browsers is not an option for me.  If you try it and works please post an update.  I’m at a loss here... over -$125 in lost sales already

I am using Firefox and so.... I think that it is NOT us. Must be a bug in their update. Hope they fix it quickly.

I'm using Firefox. Counter-offers worked just fine until a couple of days ago. I did nothing different on my end.

Thanks for providing the information that Firefox does not work either.

Are you able to try the eBay app and see if that works to accept, decline or counter an offer?

It’s almost like certain seller accounts are being “ghost” throttled by this bug.  Not affecting everyone, but appears suspicious if you ask me.

Oh! Thanks for letting me know about the message problem. This is the first I've heard of it - of course it would be nice if EB would tell us if our account is experiencing a bug. Please keep trying!
