Contacting customer service CAN'T HAPPEN!!!!!!!!! THERE'S NO WAY TO DO IT, I'VE BEEN TRYING ALL NIGHT!!!!!! THIS PROBLEM HAD BEEN THE SAME FOR YEARS AND I USED TO BE ABLE TO GET ON THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE AFTER A COUPLE HOURS OF LOOKING ONLINE EVERYWHERE.

There is a different way of contacting eBay now. You click on "contact," then "phone contact" and eBay will call you on the number that you have on file with them. It usually takes about 5 minutes for eBay to call.

Nope. No such thing exists. Seems you didn't read my complaint. I'm EXCEEDINGLY good at following instructions and understanding English. Every CONTACT US leads back to online help. Funny how everyone gives the OBVIOUS answer as if I'm COMPLETELY mentally incompetent, but their solutions DON'T EXIST. I was NEVER offered a phone or chat option. Someone else finally gave me a URL that ACTUALLY leads to a useful page

You need to go through the online help to get a call back. Start on the Help & Contact page, use the "Contact us" link, then follow the prompts for your particular issue. For most issues, you should wind up on a page with a link to the chat assistant.
You can request a chat with an agent or call back from eBay if you are in the US through the chat assistant or by using this link:
