Communicating with a Seller

Is anyone having issues with communicating with a seller?  I've tried but each time a message pops up indicating that one shouldn't sell or buy outside Ebay and other stuff.  But I'm still not able to send a message to anyone, regardless of the situation.  For me, this has been going on for over two weeks and no change yet.  I hope it can be resolved soon.

Make sure nothing in your message text looks like a phone number, an email address, or a web page address -- those are blocked by filters which can also stop messages containing things such as part numbers.

I have had the message pop up in the past but was still able to get the message sent, could have something to do with the new message system or be as eburtonlab suggested. 

If you are using a small handheld device, check to see if you can scroll down and see the send button.
