So I keep trying to buy an item "Buy it Now' and every time I try to pay, I get this message:
Unfortunately, we can't process this payment. Here are your options:
I have tried my credit card (which has plenty of money in it) as well as my PayPal (also plenty of money in it) and my roommate tried his credit card, and PayPal, and all tries get the same message. I have to conclude this is an eBay issue?
I have done all of the standard "clear the cache" "delete cookies" "restart browser" and even tried using Edge (I normally use Firefox)
Nothing is working.
Help?

Has your address changed? but you haven't changed it on ebay? just a guess.......

Nope. Same address for the past 14 years now.
It's quite frustrating... I've been trying to buy this item for hours now... I come back every hour or so, hoping the issue is fixed. Checked my bank account several times, and there's more than enough in there.

Anything odd about this particular seller? Registered outside the US, new to selling?
Are you able to try purchasing with the app on a phone?

He's in California (as am I) I can't get the app to work on my phone, because it says the app isn't compatible. (I have an older Galaxy III Smart Phone that I bought on eBay)
