The email function for chat transcripts was working just fine over the weekend. When I tried to get in touch with agents today, it did not email me the transcript after the chat was over. I resorted to copying and pasting the whole thing. This is really annoying--any solution to this? Should I ask for a reference ID # whenever I begin a chat?
