I just received an email stating that my charity donation had not been paid....
"Several weeks ago we tried but couldn't process your donation automatically, so we sent you a PayPal invoice. You can view and pay that invoice by following the link to your Donation Account and viewing your unprocessed donations:
(At the link showed in the photo below - you can't put links in here, even if they are eBay links apparently....)
Please pay this donation before Thu, Dec 28, 2023 to ensure your eBay for Charity account remains in good standing. Failure to pay your donation may result in future listings being made ineligible for charitable donations. Please act soon to avoid interruption in your charity selling."
Thing is I have no outstanding charity donations, and I haven't sold anything that I know of recently with a charity donation... when I clicked the link it said I had no outstanding charity donations.... so what the heck?! I don't want to have my account suspended or something over an error? Did they accidentally send this out to everyone or what?
