Case on hold

I've returned an item but the case is still on hold. How do I get it off hold?

Does the carrier tracking in the return case show as delivered?

Hard to say why there is a hold. Was there a descepancy in the return process according to the seller?

Was this an expensive item? At times, eBay will review the return case for high dollar transactions. 

Was an authenticator involved in the transaction?
