I purchased a watch through eBay. Received the watch, everything was fine but I changed my mind and returned it. I have been keeping contact with the seller and they did receive the item but eBay put my case on hold for 2 weeks now and I have not gotten my refund. The seller says it is out of their hands and eBay will refund me in 48 hours but they have said that so many times and nothing. Any advice? Or should I call my bank and dispute the charge because this is ridiculous. Either send me back the watch or give me my money back.
