Case on Hold

Hi, I’ve been using eBay for over a decade and this is the first time in which my return  concerns have been pushed out 3 times. It’s still on hold as we speak and it’s been the deadline of it, only for me to be told over the phone that I’ll be extended. I purchased a luxury item for quite a lot of money. I authenticated it multiple times for measure and all the experts said it was a counterfeit. The seller claimed it was authentic and pretty much ghosted me completely. I provided documentation and it’s still not resolved.  I was told multiple times that the case will be ruled in my favor, but was told the case is on hold until then. So yes, I’m very very doubtful. Please help since I need these funds to repurchase an ACTUAL authentic piece this time. Any advice is helpful so this gets resolved. Thank you!!
