Hello,
I keep on trying to send a message to a seller and keep getting an error message that says "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." I've restarted my computer, cleared my cache, tried different browsers and nothing has worked.
Please help!

If you are replying to a message, make sure you're logged in to the correct account.
If you're initiating a new message you can try doing that through the seller's feedback page if you're having a problem doing it from a listing.
If you sent a lot of messages today you may have hit a limit and have to try again tomorrow.
Can offer more specific advice if you provide more details about the steps you're taking.

I haven't been sending a lot of messages so I don't think it's an issue with hitting a limit. I've contacted this user before without issues and it should be a simple matter of just replying to them. I'm logged into the correct account so I don't think that's an issue either. Any other suggestions?

Is the seller still registered? Item still listed?
What happens when you try to contact the seller through the seller's profile page and select "not about an item"?

Yep the seller is still registered.
When I select "not about an item", it takes me to the messaging page where I'm allowed to compose a message. The trouble is when I hit send. I always get the same "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." error message.
